As a founding team member of Cedar Crossing Casino & Entertainment Center, Jessica-Leigh has been integral to the development, pre-opening operations, and launch of a new entertainment destination and cornerstone of the Eastern Iowa Corridor. Her work has spanned executive operations, event development and execution, vendor coordination, operational planning, recruiting, systems development, and cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the successful opening and continued growth of the property.
Jessica-Leigh currently serves as Executive Office and Events Manager at Cedar Crossing, where she leads executive office and event operations while continuing to play an integral role in the property's ongoing development, operations, and growth.

Jess is the founder of No Proof Required, an Iowa-based alcohol-free community focused on creating spaces where people can connect, celebrate, and create experiences without alcohol.
Pursuing her sobriety life coach certification, she has helped create and support alcohol-free events, partnerships, and conversations that challenge the norm. Jess believes strongly in community, authenticity, and making room for people to show up exactly as they are.
She brings that same perspective to the way she approaches life: with curiosity, humor, a willingness to question the usual way of doing things, and a genuine appreciation for the people around her.
A proud Iowa native, Jess shares her life with her husband Jason, her son Hayden, and their four-legged crew, Lodi, Annabelle, Nova, and Mags. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, creating experiences that bring people together, and finding the amazing in everyday life.
